I learned through time that websites are unique. Meaning, someone may have a great experience using a plugin or theme but, another person may not.
We all are using different make and models of computers, browsers and internet connections.
It Starts With YourComputer
It’s very important to have a virus cleaner and to clean your system. Sometimes a glitch can happen through your own browser or a virus on your computer.
It is a good idea to run a virus scan now and then.
I don’t know if other people do this, but it is also a good idea to restart your internet connection.
One of the tech guys who installed my internet told me that it cleans out all that junk and helps your internet speed stay fast.

Our websites may start off similarly, but as we learn and grow our business we start to add themes, widgets, plugins, videos, content, images and other stuff. Our websites starts to develop it’s own DNA.
As humans, we get sick! Sometimes one medication may work for some people and not for others.
So, when someone indicates that they don’t get answers, some questions are hard to answer based on their website’s DNA.
There Are Some Easy Fixes!
Some of these easy fixes are NOT the answer but it can be a good place to start.
Usually an easy fix would be to deactivating each plugin and then reactivating them on at a time.
Another easy fix could be changing themes, removing old themes and plugins you don’t use or removing plugins that haven’t been updated in a very long time.
Sometimes you just have to go to SiteSupport if it pertains to your website.
The ultimate savior is to just backup your website and have these backups on a removable drive just to be safe.
There are times when someone may lose content and if there is a backup on hand, you really didn’t lose anything.
I get it that hosting companies like WA backup your websites but, these sites tend to be like your babies so it’s always good to protect them by keeping backups.
All The Best!
