What is frequency?
Frequency is a movement that is repeated that may cause vibration. The vibration creates different types of wave forms that generate frequency waves. Frequency can be generated per second. It is also measured per second. An example of frequency is radio wave
Frequency is the number of times an event takes place or is repeat over a given time, for example how many times do you drink coffee throughout the day? Frequency is use when someone wants to know the outcome of an event. The charts that are used to measure frequency are the distribution table and histogram.

One thing to remember about frequency is to change the process and speed one does things. If you get to the frequency that promotes resonance things could get quite exciting. Just take a look at the Tacoma Narrows bridge to get an idea of how exciting.

In Sydney Australia, the Sydney Tower's central core is filled with water to dampen the structure so the frequency doesn't reach resonance as promoted by the wind. Imagine if this had't worked. The city centre would have been flooded.
So the moral of frequency is to drink plenty of water to dampen down the resonance effect of the daily coffee! Especially if you are trying to twist in three different directions.
