Post injury PR 465lbs! I've been going up 30lbs in 6 weeks.Every weekend I check my schedule and wonder if I can hit the goal next week. I have doubts, yet I still go for it. And every time I feel awesome ( and f**king sore ) after I reach the new number. I've tried many programs and diet to understand which one helps and which one is simply a crap. For theis smolovsquat program, it does push my limit and I feel getting stronger every wee. I can't wait to see 500 at the end of this program. I see people who don't train legs who have excuses like," I hurt my back!" or " I hurt my knee!" Nice try !!
I was in a Humvee that was hit by an IED in Baghdad requiring 4 leg injuries. In 2014 I fractured two vertebrae in a work accident. I don't care how big you are if your legs don't match. You look like a fool.
