THIS is probably my favorite donut shop of all time. I enjoy the sweet smell when I step into the store, looking at the donuts and I can totally feel myself salivating. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a HUGE sweet tooth. I can definitely finish a whole box of treats if you don't stop me.
I know lots of people will go for a very strict and clean diet, and believe me, I'm one of them as well. However, I do believe that you should still keep A LITTLE guilty pleasure when applying the workout. The main reason is that psychologically it will be easier to overcome the challenge and soreness that comes from the training. Believe it or not, the pleasure does prolong and strngthen the willingness to a even harder or stronger workout.
The only thing is the proportion! You don't wanna throw all the effort into the trash. I enjoy my Ben and Jerry every night, but just keep it in mind, you gotta train hard, you gotta EARN it. Make your cheat / treat day as a reward instead of a routine. I'm sure you'll find it not so tormenting to go to the gym!!
