I have seen from your profile you like knitting, crocheting, all kinds of crafts, cooking, and gardening.

With this you are already one step ahead of the game. You might want to start right here with things you like and use the alphabet soup technology to find our how people are searching these words on the net.

e.g. knitting + (a,b,c etc) if you enter knitting in Google and type A phrases will come up. (knitting accessories) and keep on entering the rest of the letters. Then plug the phrase in Jaaxy and see whether it is a niche.

What are you passionate about? What do you enjoy doing or thinking about? So for example, I love chocolate, Coca-Cola, my dog, my family, my smartphone and laptop, Japanese food, God, sailing, jet skiing, etc. Any one of those could be turned into a niche. I also wanted to be a wedding consultant and am currently planning my own wedding, so I chose that as my niche. Brainstorm things that you enjoy because this is something you will be putting a lot of time and effort into, and you want to be happy doing it. I have been having a hard time coming up with a Niche. I keep going back and forth with myself about rather to do a niche project for the affiliate bootcamp program. I feel like I am super boring or something becuase I have a complete block.
