I saw Carla's response and was going to reply to her re my bootcamp video issue, but now I do not know where to look for her reply. It is not in the My Questions section any mo
Is this the question you were looking for:

If you have responses automatically send to an email attached to your account, The best way that works for me if I can't find the response is to click on the link in the email, it takes me right to the response page. I really hope this helps.

Thanks everyone! I eventually found it and was able to respond. I really don't know how I lost it in the first place. (we won't go there! lol)

When I watch Kyle's videos there are long lines covering what he is showing me on the video. How do I get those lines to disappear so I can see what he is doing?
They usually say if you have trouble watching video to let them know, probably quickest would be to file a tech support ticket. :))
Boy I sure had to search for your answer Carla - I had it once, went away for a second, then could not find it to reply lol! There is a lot to learn to get around this WA website, it seems. I shall overcome! However, I do want to say thank you for your response but that is not the problem. I see another question has been asked just now about there being a problem with the video lessons so I will check that one out. Not only are there lines (like UPC codes, only much much taller) but there is a pixelation problem overtop of the lines occasionally as well. I finally printed out a copy of setting up a Wordpress site by That Helpful Dude, so I will follow that through instead of watching Kyle's video. Well, I have rambled quite a bit, and I apologize. Take care! Thanks again.
I've done four Bootcamp courses so far and I've never had that problem. Have you tried a different browser? I go back and forth between Chrome and Firefox as some things work better in one than the other. When it happens, do you refresh your page? Sometimes that fixes things. Wish I had a better answer for you.

I also need to know if I should cancel the Hostgator account and will WA be invoicing me annually for my website renewals?
Don't cancel the accounts as you will be renewing with hostgator until you decide to stop using the domain name. In order to point your domain to WA all you have to do is add these two addresses
Primary: ns1.mywahosting.com
Secondary: ns2.mywahosting.com
If you don't know how to change hosting here is a link to walk you through it:

I hope this helps,

Thanks Manny. I was hoping to get everything moved over to WA and save my hosting fees at Hostgator, but I guess that is not the case. I had previously pointed the dnses to WA but moved them all back again when the tech people at WA advised me they could not move the non-Wordpress websites over for me. The websites, after pointing the dns over to WA, simply had a little box on them, but they did not have my website content on them at all. So I moved them back. I thought part of the beauty of becoming a Premium member was that I could host my sites here. Is that not the case? Thanks.
Yes ma'am as a Premium member that is one of the perks to host unlimited domains here at WA. However, You have a very distinct case because your site is not wordpress based so I have no clue what the requirements are for websites built on other designs.
Did you ever speak to Kyle about your debacle? Perhaps he may have better insight on this subject.
I thought I had written to him, but I am not sure. With so many emails and questions and answers to read, it is hard to remember who wrote what, and when.............I will catch on I am sure. Thanks for the reminder to speak to Kyle - I will check into it once again. I am not sure where you are located but, if you a Canadian, Happy Thanksgiving to you on Monday! Take care.
