Aweber and/or Getresponse are 2 of the most popular Email subscription platforms, and they are free to start up to 500 subscribers.
I use Aweber, and after 500 subscribers, they charge $29 per month, which goes up after 2500 subscribers. They also provide landing pages, Email automation, Drag-and-drop email builder, Sign up forms, Sales tracking and a whole lot more...

Who of you encountered the problem of being unable to build a website and cannot open the link of choose a domain when logging to wa in China?

WA works in China, and I have been there many times. Last time two weeks ago no problem logging in and or building a site.
You may use Internet explorer from Microsoft. It works best.
