One great tip I can give to get ideas and inspiration for posts on your website is to read. Reading can do so much for you, it can give you better verbal abilities, improve your focus and attention, inspire you, reduce stress, improve your memory and give you ideas on what to post and blog about.Where better to find good content than in a book. It doesn’t matter what kind of book it is, fiction, non-fiction, romantic, self development. As long as you enjoy the book you will find lots of great ideas on what to post about by reading.I have always been an avid reader. I do like a good murder mystery and when feeling down a romance can lift the spirits. Lately I have been reading a lot of self-development books. I love “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind” by Joseph Murphy and “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. I find these books so inspiring as well as educational. They really open up your mind to all sorts of possibilities.Reading is great for keeping the brain active and I find it helps me come up with ideas on what to post about.I always try to read for at least 10 – 15 minutes before I go to sleep. It is not always easy, especially after a busy day and any spare time I have I like to spend working on my website, but I do feel that reading is beneficial to my business. It also helps calm the mind after a busy day and can be very relaxing.I also believe that whatever your last thoughts are before you drop off to sleep are taken in by the subconscious mind and I often find my head is full of great ideas in the morning.Another great way to “read” books is to listen to them. I have Audible on my phone and listen to books as I drive, even if it is just a 5 minute journey. It is amazing how much information can be gained in just 5 minutes listening to a motivational book.So put your feet up, pick up a good book, and have a good read. You may be surprised at how many great ideas pop into your head.Enjoy and be happy.Sharon
