I'm Shy...
I don't actually consider myself shy, I though you might like the title though.
I'm just not a very active member of W.A. But I'm back.
There are a few reasons for my lack of activity...
I'll list them, everyone loves a blog post with a list.
1. I'm not here too often.
I have been learning other things in other places. It is your blog posts arriving in my inbox that draw me back in again and again. Excellent business model Kyle and Carson.
2. Honestly, I am a slow written communicator and I tend to avoid it.
I definitely could write quicker but I don't like making mistakes. I always check my work for errors, re-read to ensure it flows well, add bits and move bits.
I takes me ages to organise my thoughts into pretty sentences and paragraphs. The problem may be that I don't think in pretty sentences. Or it might be that I am always having better ideas, I have lots of those.
I am not a poor written communicator, just slow. I did lower tier English at school when I was 16 but now I am now Master of Science.
3. I think you won't care. (maybe I am a bit shy, don't judge me).
But why should I care if you care.
Just like you I have wonderful things to share. And I why shouldn't I.
You can stop reading whenever you want. But you won't.
4. I hate you.
I just said that for shock value to end my list with a boom. Every good list should end with a boom, or a tip. That's a tip and a boom all rolled into one for you, even better.
I think I just wrote a blog post primarily about all my flaws, what a way to make friends.

This is what makes you....YOU Dan. And regardless of what people think doesn't matter. And even if you are slow at written communication and you are a perfectionist when checking your written work...that's cool. I too go over what I've written, change things around all the time and I'm still not fully satisfied..chuckle. Enjoyed your post and your honesty :) Patti
It is good to know I'm not alone. I enjoyed writing it. It took longer than you'd imagine. All those ideas.
You wrote Chuckle, I don't think I have seen it used like that before. It's like the grown up version of lol. I like that.

Hey Dan, I don't write slow. I write fastand screwup all over hte place.
That is until the other day when another member here at WA dropped the name ginger software . com
I am installing ginger software as I slowly write this. What a brilliant idea. Thanks very much.
