It"s Time, Thanks
Do we need to muck up the celebration of Thanksgiving with Pilgrims and Native Americans? Who did this and who did that. Granted it is part of history and something we should not forget. Let us celebrate it for what the word is Thanksgiving.
A time to celebrate the end of harvest.
A time to give thanks for the bounty we have received.
A time for us to give what we can to help those in need no matter who, what, or where they are.
A time to enjoy family, friends and neighbors.
A time to contemplate the year’s hard work and discuss the next.
So I give thanks to everyone. For those that have this day as a holiday make it a happy one.
Keep on Keeping on.
