Global group healing meditation

There’s supposedly an old curse, made humorously famous by fantasy writer Terry Pratchett, “May you live in interesting times.”

Well, we are living in extraordinary times where Covid 19 has affected everybody on the planet–sick or not, quarantined or free-roaming– and continues to cause suffering on an unprecedented scale.

This period of fear has darkened everybody’s mind. When we most need comfort, we sit isolated from our friends and families. Luckily, there is an opportunity to shine a torch into the darkness by joining a global group meditation at 8pm on the 20th of March 2020. In your isolation, you can still do something— and be part of a community.

Through deep study of metaphysics and astrology, a group of spiritual practitioners have identified a window of opportunity where it is possible to slow down or even stop the darkness created around the Covid 19 virus. Even if you don’t believe this is possible… will the power of positive thinking, in your own life, hurt?

All you have to do is the following:

Between 8pm and 9pm sit down comfortably facing the North West.

Relax your shoulders and close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

Think of a happy memory and smile to yourself.

Ask, pray or wish for the virus to be gone and for everyone affected to begin healing and for everyone to be as happy as you are now. Speak it out loud if you can: that’s the most effective. But you can do this in your mind, too, if you have to be discreet.

Now, imagine that your happiness flows from your body out into the world.

And that’s it.
