Happy New Year, friends. I hope 2026 is already feeling like a fresh page for you, even if life hasn't slowed down yet.

I want to talk about Instagram. I know, it sounds basic- "why Instagram?"- but hear me out. This year, I'm actually excited about it, and not in the I have to post something to stay relevant kind of way. I mean genuinely looking forward to how I use it, the connections I make, and the content I create.

The past year, I will be honest- I treated Instagram like a chore sometimes. Post, scroll, analytics, rinse and repeat. It worked for growth, sure- but it drained me more than it inspired me. That's why this year, I am changing my approach. I am not posting because I have something to share- moments, ideas, experiments, little wins. Things that feel real, even if they're messy or imperfect.

I'm excited about experimenting with new content ideas, learning what resonates, and sharing things that actually reflect me and my journey - not just trends or what everyone else thinks I should be doing. I want my Instagram to feel like a space where I am present, where I can connect with people who get it, who get me.

This year isn't about chasing numbers or pretending everything is perfect. It's about showing up consistently in a way that feels authentic, learning as I go, and enjoying the process. Because if I don't enjoy it, then what's the point.

So, 2026 here I come- excited to create, share, and grow on Instagram in a way that actually matters. Not just for the algorithm, but for me, for my audience, and for the work I'm proud of
