Hello dear affiliates, I hope you are doing well and your business is good.

Today I wanna share with you the importance of giving away free stuff or offering a discount coupon when you advertise products.

In this post, I'll talk about Clickbank specifically, but the principle applies to all other affiliate networks.

It's Good - It's Better With Copuon

This is simple human nature. If I can get a better deal for the same product I will always go for the better deal. It makes perfect sense and it goes for your viewers too.

When you consider promoting a product from Clickbank always check if the website has an affiliate page.

Go to the affiliate page and not only that page goes you ton's of info and material to help you better promote the product, sometimes it has good deals, offers, coupons etc.

It's way, way better to promote the discount version of the product.

Write a review or a sponsored content page that gives the viewer the extra push to actually purchase the product.

You might think that promoting the discount version means less money for you, but that's not the case. Here's an example.

You promote a product that yields $20 in commission with no discount and you get 100 viewers to buy it. $20 * 100 = $2000

The discount versions yields $15 but 150 people buy it. $15 * 150 = $2250

This is just a crude example, but in reality, the gap between discount offers and non-discount is much bigger.

In the long run, promoting discount versions is always better.
