Just make sure it is either
A: Something you know a lot about
B: Something you want to know a lot about
or both.
That way you will not run out of material to write about. Don't pick a topic that you think will make money if you aren't interested in it. You will get burned out and not write as much and therefore not get as much traffic and sales.
