I am honestly so sick and tired of people taking advantage of others online!!
You would think I would be use to it by now with all the reviews I have done... And then comes that slap in the face of...
'We only have 250 000 followers on Facebook'... And choose to LIE to them all!!!
Seriously!
So here is what this business I am reviewing is about ...
Over 250k followers on Facebook...
Awesome content on their website... Loads of value!
Their initial sales page is quite nice compared to the usual hyped up rubbish I get to review on a daily basis...
So I am ready to purchase the product for my review, but something tells me to read a bit more first...
Shweet... An F&Q section... First statement on it...

Really, Nothing else to buy?
If the product is as much value as the content they provide on their website... And there is nothing else to buy... It must be worth the money. Right?
I then bounced back to Clickbank to check out the commissions for marketing the product... I already know it is going to be a breeze to rank for...
Here is what I found . . .

Note the FREAKING UPSELL...
Remember the statement above... "Nothing else to buy!"
Immediate conclusion... The initial products has no value... It is a sales pitch for the membership!
Why do people on this level choose to blatantly lie to followers and potential long term clients who respect them?
Are they too scared to be up front about the main product?
Does the main product not hold enough value to be open about it?
Do they not believe in the membership product enough to be upfront about it?
I have loads more thoughts on this typical manipulation happening all over the online industry, but I will end my rant now.
I would like to leave you with a bit of insight from my own experiences building my bootcamp website through the awesome training here at Wealthy Affiliate tho...
When I initially started promoting Wealthy Affiliate, I knew the awesome value WA had to offer, but was scared to talk about the price and the fact that it involved building your own website.
I got referrals this way, but those referrals never really converted into paid members.
It was only once I had realized the true power of what WA had to offer and how much manipulation was going on elsewhere online that I tried a different approach...
Telling my readers exactly what they would be getting into and exactly what it would cost...
And you know what...
My number of referrals dropped a fair amount. duh! ;)
BUT...
I all of a sudden started to make sales from the ones who now chose to sign up for the free membership.
There is an important lesson to be taken from this...
I leave that lesson and your similar experiences to be discussed in the comments below tho. :)
Looking forward to hearing from you
