(2) Classic Editor.
(3) Kraken Image Optimizer.
The (1) - I have there. But (2) & (3) - I don't have
For the classic editor, you will need to go to add plugin and type classic editor and install it.
for the Kraken, this is available to all who use site content the plugin if you want to have it otherwise you would need to pay for it.
So use site content and it is there for you for free.

If you have a very new site you may already have Kraken. If not don't change it yet. Read Carson's post that Apache gave you the link for. One part sentence says 'something that ALL websites are going to be moved to in the coming months ahead'.
This sound like the change will be made for you sometime in the future. Carson said he will be posting updates.
