Hello Shirley. The new Google+ has confused a lot of people. The best training I have come across for Google+ is by Martin Shervington. His training is for local business but it still relates well I think to what we're doing here at WA. Below is a link. Hope that helps. Best wishes. https://plus.google.com/101037504613481726969/posts/XkzywQhw9Zm

Thank you! Gary, I got it. I did not found my question in the video. I will search more on Google.

What specific pages or features are you not finding? Are you speaking of your personal Google+ page for your business page or your pictures? Martin is the authority on Google+ so he's a great resource. I'll try to help you how I can,

I undstood the part called collection, I did created some collection boards, I am not sure, if I have collection boards for different site I managered, should I still need to back to care my business pages? Actually I could not find them, that means that they are not necessary any more? Because recently I received an email to tell that I could re-edit one of my business page's name. So confused.

Hi Shirley, with regards to the business page's name - that sounds like Google is offering you a customer URL for your page. You should be able to add your business name in the URL now in replace of all the numbers you currently see. For example, recently Google offered me a customer URL for my personal G+ page. So, instead of some longggg URL that makes no sense I now have https://plus.google.com/+GarySanders7.

With the recent changes in G+ for business, there are several things now missing:
-No business description.
-No business category.
-No business hours.
-No Google+ URL displayed (see below for issues with the URL).
-No map or street view.
-No reviews or review summary.
-No photos (you’re supposed to be using Google Photos now).
-No videos or YouTube link.
-No list of people who have you in their circles.
-Only a handful of people in their circles is displayed, you cannot see any more.

Most are still adjusting to the changes and figuring out how best to use G+ now for business.

Hope this helps in some way. Happy holidays!

Thank you Gary, happy holiday to you too!

Yes,some of these I found out, it made so difficult for business now and I really don't know how to use them for business.
Have to spent some time to learn it again.
