I already set up my gravatar profile picture so that my photo will appear every time I reply to comments but there's still no photo appearing. I need help with this.
I think that's what I didn't notice. Anyway, I'm almost about to fix it.

I now resolved it after spending an hour (*_*). I'm learning with this.
I just went to WA dashboard and synchronized it.

Does your theme have an author box?
Reason for asking is, that on my theme, I do and so my picture appears by default taken from gravatar.
if there is no author box, then your picture won't appear.
Does that help slightly?
Ok, I was led to believe there was, in which case I have learned something new and will investigate it. Thanks
Having checked it out, MOST WordPress themes, will by default display an author box with an image pulled from Gravatar. Mine does just that.
However, if the theme your using doesn't come with an author box, then you can install a plugin called author box, which will remedy the situation for you.
Hope that clarifies it a nit more.
