Why do I want the avg number on jaaxy to be low?
The keyword I would like to use has on jaaxy avg. 1230 - traffic 210 - QSR 19, why are those not good numbers
Those are great numbers - I always shoot for a QSR below 100, I will go to a max of 150.
The lower the QSR the better chance you have of ranking high (first page) for that term
Some keywords will have less traffic other will have more - but remember everything adds up.
I do not understand why I would want the avg number to be between 30-50. why would 1230 not be a good number
Leo is saying you want the QSR to be low. That is the amount of competing websites that are using that term. The average searches and traffic you want to be high.

I entered the name of my website on jaaxy and the result was <10 , <10 , 0 , great in green and 88. Should I choose a different title for my website?
You could continue with your actual siterubix name. That is what I would do. But if you really do not like it, you could also open a new one (they are free). But when you are going to buy a domain, then you should carefully check it out! :)
