Setting up the first website-exciting yet scary
I just thought I'd post here about my thoughts on this whole process. I'm here at WA because I was looking for work at home jobs and found Eddy's page. He lead me here and I was curious, skeptical, but hopeful and excited. I just completed the first big step by making my website. I am wondering if other people have felt the way I am feeling right now. Let me give a bit more background about myself so this makes sense. I have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety (general and social), OCD, and ADHD. It's a lot, I know. Somehow I manage, haha! But one of the ones way my social anxiety flares up is when I interact with those I don't know online by putting myself in the spotlight. Joining WA was no problem because no one is in the spotlight by virtue of being here, but creating my own website, having anyone on the internet know that i am the creator is definitely a huge spotlight and that is something that I am attempting to cope with. Let me know if this is something you deal with, or if you have any tips!

I think what she feels totally natural to anybody. I know I felt the same things when I first started my website. But you quickly realize it's nothing that you need to worry about. At the end of the day if you're helping people solve their problems they will be your loyal fans. And the people that may have or judge you are fewer. And when those folks come out, there is a button you can use called delete. Lol But I'm proud of you for pushing forward.
