I messaged Kyle directly with no response. I'll definitely try that site support. Thanks.

I would say yes that it's related to my website, even though it's really not.
Yeah, but you've already waited 3 weeks on a response from Kyle. That's what I would do if I was in your situation.

I noticed that I was not able to register a .ca domain on WA but wanted to know if I import a .ca domain, can I use it on WA site builder?
How do you go about importing it? When I try and transfer my domain with my transfer key, it says .ca domains aren't supported.
WA only supports registration of .com.org, and .net. Other's can be used on the hosting but not registered.
So, essentially, I cant get rid of this siterubix subdomain, because all I can do is redirect my .ca domain to it. I hope WA gets on the ball with integrating .ca domains soon...
as a Premium member you can create a site on your own domain. This uses WA hosting not their registration.
You can use WA's hosting service with your .ca domain. You just need to update the Nameservers at your current domain registrar to SiteRubix's nameservers. This can be done regardless of if WA is your domain registrar or not.
I did that. But there's no way to redirect traffic to my .ca site. Only the other way around.
I changed the NameServers to ns1-mywahosting-com and ns2-mywahosting-com already(add dots where dashes). But this doesn't tell it what site to display. I had to redirect traffic from my Registrar to my SiteRubix-com domain for my page to appear.
Essentially, I want to get rid of the SiteRubix sub-domain. It's unprofessional looking. I registered a domain for this sole purpose, but WA doesn't allow redirects it seems. Nor do they take imports of .ca domains.
After you changed the name servers to WA's name servers did you try to use the "move" option on your free siterubix site?
Oh, I didn't notice that you were a starter member. In that case your only options would be upgrade to a premium account or get a hosting plan outside of WA, install a duplicate copy of your site at that web host(with the domain pointing there), and then install a redirection plugin on your free SiteRubix site that redirects your existing links to your .ca domain. This is assuming you are able to install plugins as a starter member.
I just logged into a starter account I have and you are pretty much stuck. If you don't sign up for a premium membership, then the only option you really have would be to sign up for hosting at another web host, recreate the website there with all of the content(you might be able to use the export function to export the text of your posts, but you would have to upload your photos again), and then once everything was setup at the new host delete your SiteRubix site.
You won't be able to redirect your old links, but you won't get penalized for duplicate content if you delete it from your free siterubix site and put it on the new site. If you just started this website a few days ago, then, yes it sucks, but it shouldn't set you back to far if you went this route.
Thanks for all the help Thomas. I'll stick with my sub-domain site for now and see how well this affiliate marketing actually works. This is my 1st try at it, and i'm still testing the waters. If it pans out, i'll likely buy in to the Premium, and then the problem will be fixed.
Though it seems i might have made the right choice by coming to WA. The community here is really amazing. The support you get from other members is really fantastic and every bit as awesome as i've been told it is.
Kudos to all of you. :)
On a side note, i only started the site 2 days ago, and already have 3 posts up with affiliate links to both Amazon and EBay. I was thinking of adding in AliExpress too, but the shipping times and low price points don't really fit the bill. Might as well stick with what's popular and rakes in bigger bucks.
As a noobie, got any other pointers for me?
Only SEO All-In-One and EWWW Image Optimizer. And something my theme Skin needs as well, Kirki Toolkit, though i dont know what it does, nor seen any options to access it.
Content, content, content and more content!!! Add content to your website on a regular basis, consistently. That should be a core activity.
