My Progress Thus Far
Hello, Everyone! I recently finished Course 2 and now am moving forward to Course 3. My niche that I've been working on is Baby Clothing and so far I feel like it's going pretty well. One question I do have is on this task list it said to list "any successes (not just financially)", but I have not made any money so far. I still don't even understand how we're supposed to make money through these sites since they're just blogs basically. Could anyone clarify a little better on the financial part of this site, please?

Congratulations on your progress.
You will have to have affiliate connections to a company that sells items, like Amazon.
When you write your blog, you will write about things people need to know about baby clothing. In that blog, you can make reference to baby clothing that you sell yourself or baby clothing or you "sell" through an affiliate link with Amazon or another company that you choose.
When you are an affiliate with Amazon, you get a percentage of the sale, if someone buys an item that you have featured on your blog.
You can check out my website to see where I inserted items that a person could buy from Amazon. The items you feature must compliment and fit with the content of your blog or your website.
Check out the page called Get Organized on my website. You will see how I added a reference to an iPad and to books for the topics I addressed. The iPad reference is embedded in the text. That is one method of linking items to sell. The books I have referenced are visual and clickable. That is another way to "sell" items from your website.
