Very cool! Sounds like you are doing a great job with keyword research, and I am glad you are sticking to two websites!
Don't fall into the trap of trying to set up lots of different sites to see which one works best. You will spread yourself too thinly. Focus just on one site at a time.
Don't worry too much about the keyword for your site name. Keywords matter more when you write individual posts and pages on your site.
