I set up a domain email and went to log in. copied and pasted email and password. says authentication failed. what do I do?
I had the same thing happen about 20 minutes ago trying to send a test email from my account at a domain I purchased today to my 20 year old AOL email account. I’ll let you know if I figure it out.

Hi Shari, if you set up your domain through WA, you should be able to go to Websites -> Site Manager -> Site Email -> SMTP Settings and check the password is the same as the one you have been trying. If it is and you still can't log in, go to Site Support and they will be able to fix it. Cheers, Gary

I sent mine in to the Help Center, and they took care of it. I mentioned you were having similar issues. Hope that helps.
I was just coming back to say I got in finally. I had messaged the help center also after asking for help here. I am wondering if my premium hadn't gone through to email or something. I am not sure.. lol. thank you for your help
