I just wanted to take a minute to put some emphasis on the support we have here at WA. We all know it is amazing, it has been helpful again and again to so many of us tons of times. So a little tiny story for you.

Yesterday I was having a problem with my laoptop where it wasnt allowing me to get into my one domain. I thought it was a problem with the site as I could get onto the other ones. So I sent a request to tech support. They said it was fine. Ok. I waited awhile and did some other things.

After awhile I tried getting onto my other sites and other PEOPLES sites and couldn't access those either. Tssk. So it was suggested by a friend in chat that I clear my chache and see if that worked. So I did and to no avail.

After talking with tech support a few times I got another reply from them whcih told me that my websites had all been checked out and were running nicely, and I should in fact clear my chache, check cookies and such and restart my computer.

So I did. Then I resest all my setting inside chrome and I finally was successful in fixing my problem. I was certain Java changed something but what can ya do.

So thank you. Thank you to the fine folks here at WA for always being so wonderful. Thank you to our fancy tech support, who by the way turned out to be Carson, and knowing WHO you are talking to is always a much better feeling rather than thinking you are talking to an entity lol. Thank you all! =0)
