Alot of my affiliate links keep going bad, how do I stop this?
Hi, when I click the links it will show my affiliate code in the search bar which is strange.
And some of the affiliate links in my content are links of search results since I try to make the redirect more exact.
It's difficult to know exactly what is happening. Make sure you are doing the redirect properly. Are you using pretty links right? So, you can try following Nathaniel's' tutorial. I also recommend deleting the affiliate link and doing the redirect again step by step to make sure you don't make any mistakes.

You can replace links throughout your whole website.

Hi Loes, but don't you think it's better to try making one link work instead of changing the links from the entire site?
I always direct people to the collection page of the company, that would be multiple links, but when a product isn't available anymore, they still end up on the right category

I'm not sure whether to highlight my affiliate links or leave them invisible, would it be better for the reader to see the links? Since I'm worried that they might get put off
Make them visible. Make the keywords underlined and the color different from the other words, so that your readers don't have to guess which words are links or not.
highlight your links because you want readers to recognize them because they will want to click on your links.

The 'Read More' button on the front of my home page isn't working properly since it just redirects to the wrong posts, how do I fix this?
Hi, I believe you are talking about the links inserted automatically by the theme, am I right? If so, this problem can only be solved by fixing the coding of your theme. Try installing another theme and see if you have the same problem. If not, then 100% certainty it's the theme's problem. What happens is that sometimes free themes are not updated frequently and they conflict somehow with the current version of WordPress. Not sure hat happened in your case but try with another theme.
Edit the post or page and see what the url that button linked to. Another way of checking is by hovering to the button and see what url it is pointing (see at the bottom of your screen) and fix that in the editor (edit).

I'm finally about to add my custom links, and I want to add as much as I can get away with since I don't want google to have a problem with it, so how much is too much?
I actually spoke to someone at Google at a conference; he said no more than 100 on a single page.
That being said, is this a content page? Are you writing an article on your niche? If so, then the user experience would be horrible if every other word was a link! If it's that kind of post, only sprinkle in a handful - 5 or 6 at the most. Then because there aren't so many, the ones that are there will stand out. That matters too.
Remember it is useless to have a bunch of links if no one ever clicks them!
This question got asked a lot here in WA. It just amazes how no one gives the correct answer. It is in google webmaster guidelines. Here is a screen picture for you.
I hope you can read from the pic.
The only thing I want to add is building your links for your audiences. Just be careful not to have them too much or inappropriate which stop them from reading your contents.
Good luck.
