How to get more followers Twitter blogging

I want to share a few pointers on How to get more followers Twitter blogging... When I first joined Wealthy affiliate, I remember having such a hard time getting used to Twitter!- Even though I knew it was probably an essential part of my success - (That and Building my Website). Then I read something online that spoke about how to get more Followers Twitter Blogging, I really struggled to gain more followers to engage with. Especially in only 140 Characters, I even tried to use these apps that are meant to build your followers up but I found that pointless, because no one was really responding to my tweets and I was getting unfollowed as much as I was getting followed.

It wasn't until I realised that I needed to turn my Website visitors, into actual Twitter followers that I got the whole Twitter buzz going. You see when I first joined Wealthy Affiliate and started blogging I was freshly diagnosed with anxiety, so it was the best thing I could think to do to keep busy, especially since I was having a hard time leaving the house at the time. The only downside to that anxiety was that I was afraid of linking my social media profiles to my website, I was kind of acting like a ghost writer in a way.. I never shared my content and I wasn't posting from my website to social media. I wouldn't dare!

I soon decided to upload a plugin (Shareholic) to share my post to social media sites and other blogging sites, I just wanted to get it out there and seen by more new visitors. Since then, I've had a steady flow of Followers on my Twitter and they engage with me (On my blog- and they share my content from my website to their own Twitter so it's a win win situation!).

Another of my how to get more followers Twitter tricks is to simply Follow other relevant people. The key is to keep within your niche, especially if your expecting these people to follow you back. What I find is if I have something in common with someone and they see it in my profile description, 8 times out of 10 they will follow back. I also try and take a little time to like up their post or give them a retweet, They will appreciate to for it and many soon start to retweet and favourite your stuff as well. If you're doing the 1st course or you're new here at Wealthy Affiliate. Whilst you are building your free websites, I advise you to Download some form of plugin that allows you to share your content to social media.
