Moving Forward Every day

What often happen to us in our day is extremely important to us so we deal with it as it comes but it is important to note that it is up to us to start our day the right way to progress forward.

What do I mean?

Basically, making habits that are healthy or educational.

Each day we have an opportunity, a chance, an abililty.

Starting with a choice to own your day or let it own you. Whether we make great strides or just small ones, moving forward every day is what will change your life for the better.

I start my day with a routine that helps me get in line with my goals.

The more I do this, the better I feel & also the more I understand how to adjust this progress to help even more. And yes...not every day is easy, in fact, most days are hard or average the start.

But I still do the task, I start & when I do, I feel the motivation starts to push even further.

Here is an example of how I start my day.

The first hour of the day, I shave, brush my teeth, I stretch, then I exerice. During this time, I drink two liters of water to hydrate my body. Both liters of water are 9.5 ph so I can keep my body more alkaline.

One one of the liters of water is plain 9.5 ph water & the other has greens mixed with it so I can get my daily intake of green vegetibles.

Doing this process for over two years, I started getting smarter about it.

I took a DNA test of my current body so I could understand where I had weakenesses with. Sure it cost about $225 to do this but the way i did the math is by calculating the price of the current vitamins I was taking.

This test helped me know what vitamins would help & what wouldn't.

This showed me that some of what i was doing had no effect so now having this information, i could make the shift by taking only what my body needs.

Actaully saving money every month now because I only take what my body needs from the test results.

Of course, this is just an example of moving forward, of learning, of growing.

At age 40, I feel better than I ever have.

By having the first hour of my day, owned by me & no one interupts that beause I get up before anyone else in my house. To get that extra push, I listen to audiblebooks or motivational YouTube videos to help me get in a state of pwoer to get my day started correctly.

My process may not be good for you but it is not built for you, it is my process, we all have to find our own way. We owe it to ourselves, to our families, to the world.

So no matter what you do, move forward.
