My biggest productivity hack.
There are plenty of productivity "hacks" that get thrown around and I reckon I've seen the bulk of them. I'm always on the look out for hacks, efficiencies, short cuts, and optimisations so productivity has been a study of mine for a few years now.
I currently run two offline businesses, own a handful of sites/online businesses, and have a young family so time is a valuable commodity for me.
The hack which I alluded to above is quite simple...
Just say "no".
The reality is that everyone has their own agenda so if you continually say "yes" to every opportunity, request or suggestion then before long you are going to be run off your feet tending to other people's demands. This becomes particularly true once you add a few layers of complexity... e.g. family, growing team/business etc.
Imagine how much time you'd reclaim if you just said "no" just a bit more often...

Probably one of the most effective hacks, yet hardest to execute consistently. But yes, this one definitely works.
