I assume you referring to your WA rank next to your picture on the WA site. This number doesn't really reflect an important element of your website/business. It is an internal to WA ranking, but the algorithm that updates this is a secret to most if not all of us. In general your rank reflects your engagement on WA with others in the community.

That is a great question and I had the same question when I first started. While I was given the answer, I was also reminded by members here that building my site with great content and gaining ranking in Google was the most important thing and to concentrate on that.

How long does it take for Site Trust to move from 0%?
Site trust will go up by 10% each month it is active no matter how much work you do to it.

No one knows. All you can do is keep posting quality content and regularly. Google will see if your content is valuable and is providing helpful information to your visitors, and the site's trust will naturally go up. The process may take time, especially for new websites, so stay consistent and don't give up. Hope that helps!
