Shamane Rivers is a Social Media Manager with expertise in Customer Care, Tech Support, and Help Desk. She has over 5 years of experience working in a customer service role with different companies serving as an independent contractor. With these experiences, she has been able to deliver a customer service experience beyond what is expected to clients and customers. Shamane is also studying to complete her B. A. in Advertising at The Art Institute of Atlanta. During her time at The Art Institute, she has mastered Adobe Design programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Premier. In addition to the design programs, she has also a studied Public Relations, Advertising Campaigns, and Copywriting.
