I Care about your mental health as much as you do.

Hi Guys

I am the founder of this blog and I wish you a warm welcome.

Firstly I would just like to make you aware and this awareness goes out to people with mental health diagnosis and who is medicated.

There are thousands of Mental health illnesses and we all suffer a few of them. The few that I now researched and been diagnosed with is Bipolar Disorder, Clinical depression AND Anxiety

Secondly you are not alone. We go through so much on the inside with these mental disorders that it actually affects our physical self. 😢 I can't even live properly but I am on medication and all good to god I can run my job and life smoothly but not easily.

Thirdly, I want more people with mental health disorders to come forward on my website and share their mental health experiences openly without feeling shy. I want us to start helping eachother and talking about it. Talking about it is what's going to make our lives easier. Sharing your phsycotic experiences and episodes.

Fourthly, I want this website to be able to help eachother and help people who has depression and other mental health issues.

Fifthly, It would be nice to come on here everyday and just share your thoughts. Where if it's a person with Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia or whatever mental health disorder you have we would love to speak about it in depth and help eachother over come it.

Life is very difficult to have working with mental disorders and we need to spread awareness, stories and strategies to help eachother out...
