Is the old email the website email address - that could be a possibility. Otherwise, I think you'll need a SiteSupport ticket for assistance, not much members can assist with.
Thanks, yes I'm going to have to do that. I still need to dig around a little when I can sit down at the PC for a while. The problem address isn't entered anywhere for anything.

Last night I changed my site title and tagline on my siterubix site. It saved successfully and displayed on the web page but not on the top of the browser tab. Anyhow, I conver
Thanks Irmastretch. I will try that although I did the edit on an iPad, checked later on my phone and then the pc after that. I really seems to be published wrong but I’ll do it later and let you know.
Try clearing the temporary internet files on your computer and re-start for good measure.
Your old info is probably cached.

Though your entire tagline may not be displayed on your tab, it is there. However, if you Site Title is long, then it may be the cause for the partial tagline not being displayed. There are only so many characters that the tag can contain.

None of it is too long and it does display. Problem is that after I changed it to something equally short and simple it still displays the previous wording. In my wordpress editor the revision is there and saved and even displays properly on the actual site. It’s just the browser tab is wrong.
Oooh... I think I now understand your dilemma better now. There is a cache on the server... meaning that until that gets "dumped" you may find the older tagline sticking. However, once the time is reached to flush the cache, you will notice your newest tagline being displayed.
That makes a lot of sense. If it doesn’t change in a few days I’ll let you know. Until then, thanks for the help.
