With so many people viewing the internet now on mobile phones, websites need to incorporate responsive design, which means that they look good on all different size screens. Most of the templates have this feature already but some handle it better than others. To check your own website you should view it through different devices: phone, iPad, etc. You can also do a quick check by resizing your browser and watch how your website responds as the browser shrinks, especially on the horizontal plane. Also check how it looks in different browsers; you might be surprised !
