You should use a subdomain, in this case, it's a better solution.
I was more interested to use a subdomain for a Mobile Version of my blog, have to see how I can integrate all these things and have them work perfectly.

If you are new to affiliate marketing and trying to build an online business for the first time, I would recommend to just stick with one language, learn to make money on that, and then scale that to the second language. If you start with two languages, it will take twice as long, and you will be making them same mistakes twice at the same time.
If you already have experience, I would suggest to use a plugin to make your site available in two different languages so people can change between the two languages by clicking a small flag in the menu.
