Being responsible

Ok, I know I can only speak from my own experience but in my opinion most people fail not only online but offline as well is blaming something or someone else. I've done it and have to be constantly aware of not doing it. Are there scams out there? Yes without a doubt but there are plenty of good opportunities out there too. For instance, real estate. Your not living on earth if you think you can't make a fortune in real estate. Can you get burned? Of course. Does the market go up and down? Yes. But overall can you make yourself rich in real estate? Yes. All of us know this but the overwhelming majority of us suffer financially with the full knowledge that real estate is at least one vehicle that could make you rich. If you live in a free country and have a least had a minimum wage job and planned prudently you can make yourself a success. Trust me I'm blowing the horn right in my own face. First off we don't just focus on one vehicle that will get us there. Then we don't persist until....LOL... that's what Jim Rohn say's: "You just do it until." It's not easy especially in this day and age. Before there was tv and radio you either read a book, interacted with others or worked. It's a double edge sword now. You can learn anything in no time with the internet but it's also a distraction. Pile that up with tv and countless other modern day distractions and focus becomes just that much harder. But ultimately we live or die based on being responsible for our own success. You can do it, just blow off the naysayers, put your blinders on and focus. Be responsible
