Thinking about selling my website

I’m looking for someone who is interested in buying my well-established website:
Ideally, the candidate would be a sports parent especially a baseball parent of a young player. Since my two boys have grown up I don’t have the direct experience and interest anymore to write content. This website could be a good money maker for someone willing to work it.
My Facebook page has 13,000 followers and my Instagram has 2,700. I have several affiliate accounts already set up which may be able to be transferred as well.
