Challenging My Best Competitor

In the course of starting up websites, authoring content and deciding on niches fofr future websites, I have found my most challenging competitor to be myself. Rankings, aside, I find that I must always try to beat my last accomplishment rather than worry about what someone, everyone else is doing. Working from this mindset, I have found that I can motivate myself not based on any monetary goal but achievement goals for completion of training, sites, driving traffic, etc. I do however, have some monetary goals which amounts to an extra paycheck a month just so there is a tangible goal. My greatest joy has come from helping others find their way to achieving their goals whether it be in the latest kitchen gadget, spiritual goals or how to more effectively work from home.
