ERROR: Empty CAPTCHA on Comments Reply
I recently had the problem that nobody was able to leave a comment on my website and with the following error
ERROR: Empty CAPTCHA
Should you get this problem then either deactivate the Jetpack Plugin completely (I read here in WA Jetpack is not recommended because it's slowing down the website and can cause problems with other Plugins) or deactivate the Comments widget. That's how I did it for the moment, since there are some Parts of the Jetpack I have to find replacement before deactivating it completely.
I recommend you also to check its functionality by opening a incognito window if you are using chrome. (with PC -> Ctrl/Shift/N)
more information about Jetpack and why it's not recommended go to dashboard and type in Jetpack to find the post I also read.
Hope it is helpfull to you and will save you the time I needed to find this information.

Personally with the shift of social media, I would not use comments within Wordpress, but install a FaceBook plugin to handle comments.
But if your looking for a good comments plugin, for CAPTCHA, then I would use this -
http://wordpress.org/plugins/captcha/
Have a fun day!

Pretty much, just follow the instructions in the post. It works.
