Major download problem.
I've cmposed a 12 pae ebook using the graphic design program called Canva. However, it will not download the ebook as a PDF. which the program itself,suggests. I've tried everting I could think of with no sucessl.
Ivve removed items such as borders, images, text borders, images, changed backgrounds , removed images with hot links, etc. After removing eadh item, I attempted a downmload but to no avail. After each failed downoload, I reinstalled each item. I even went so far as to make sure that each textbox was well within the confines of the design page and not protruding outside the top, bottom or edgess of the design page.
What has me really furtrated, besides not being able to download the ebbook, is the fact that it took me just under two weeks, off and on, because I was also trying t learn how to use Canva. It's a great program, but I can't find a solution to my dwnla probem.
The project took me numerous dayis and countless hours to complee. It would sadden me to have to scrap the poject afterr all the work and heartacche. Besides, I'm very proud of the outcome, but am sure that if I had to scrap it, I'd never be able to remember exctly how each item was located adn on what page.
.I realize I'm hoping for a miracle, but I'm wondeing if there is anyone out there besides me thhat uses Canve and may have a suggestion that I can try? Secondly, if there is anyone out there in WA land with graphi design expereience that wouldl like to provide me with some ideas, I'd certainliy appreciate it.

I've tried to contact support at Canva, but have yet to get a response regarding my problem.

I've prooffread this messge quite a few times but with my affoliction o f Macular Degeneration, whijch severly limits my sight, I'm sue that a few misspellings or typos sneaked throuth, so please excuse them.

Try using jpg -- that is what is recommended for us to use. You can click right next to the PNG and it will bring up JPG.
I tried that, but as soon as I select jpg, it shows a message telling me that I na't can't use JPG, because I have links in my ebook . But thank you for you for your response.

Hello Steve, Are you set up with Aweber for your emails? If you are you could run that by them. They will do whatever it takes to help you out. There support is really good.

I have an weber home page where I can send emails to prospects etc. Is that what you mean? Not sure!
Hey Bill, It's all good! Just got a response from Canva and they told me that one of their images I used, was corrupt. They replaced it and now it downloads fine.
