Hi Steve,

People can be an idiot sometimes. Oh, please spare me. It's just basic common sense. Even I knew that. I would never disclose any personal information about anything, not company privacy, to ChatGPT. You never know as the article says, things can happen. That doctor pretty much violated the HIPPA laws. Tsk tsk. He can be sued for that. Zero common sense.

Thanks for sharing the warnings with us. I am just not surprised about what people do- they don't use their common sense-but am surprised about a Dr disclosing a patient’s information that has serious repercussions.

Glad to ear that you use Malwarebytes. If possible, I'd like to ask for a favor .

I've been trying for three days 🤬 to contact them with a message, but to no avail. They informed me that my. account was coming due and the auto renew function would make the payment. I'm trying to pay my account, and correct my info they have, that is incorrect, and I can't get that info to them in a message.

Every message I get from them is a "No Reply"" message. They give me all kinds of things to click on, but nothing that will allow me to send them a message regarding this issue.

Their site is the worst I've ever dealt with.

II'm assuming you may not have a way to message them, but I thought I'd try. If you can't message them either, I'll understand.

I'm assuming you were logged in to your account when attempting to do this?

When I log in, I'm given several options to choose from for contacting them. I don't want to use any because I don't have a need to do so regarding my account. However, I've added a screenshot of the support page which has the url in the address bar. I'm not sure where on their site you've been experiencing problems, but if you haven't already, you could try the url in the screenshot.
