Health is my number 1 priority, cut out prescription drugs
Hello, my initial post will be about life changes. In todays world we go to the doctor for all our health problems, but in fact the doctor is a student in phamacology...licensed drug pusher. Now let me explain before I get some nasty replies. Did you ever go see a doctor and come out with something other than a prescription drug...did he even once instead of a pdrug tell you to eat better, stay away from red meat, or stop drinking alcohol....no that´s not what he studied all those years for...he peddles big pharma products. Just like in a successful online business we will get behind certain products to monetize our sites, the doctor monetizes his practice, practicing which big pharma product he will sell. And on a final note on this topic of staying healthy so you don´t need to see the doctor, having doctors in the family I can attest to the fact that Doctors get paid vacations offered to them and their families, where during their stay they must listen to presentations of Big Pharma products, that they could prescribe over the other products their patients might need. A headache isn´t because you are missing ibuprophene...I think that´s how you spell it. Let the food be your doctor!

First of all, yes, I have been to a doctor that has not jut given out a prescription for a medication. I was given a referrals to see a nutritionist and specialists.
Secondly, it is important to see a doctor on a regular basis. Have an annual physical. My annual physicals saved my life.
I was diagnosed last year with a life threatening condition that required surgery. Gary Shandling, comedian, died from a heart attack as a result of his condition being undiagnosed and untreated.
Years ago I was diagnosed with Stage 2 melanoma. Had I not gone to the doctor for check ups, I would not be here today.
If your doctor is only pushing prescriptions, then find another one that focuses on wellness and not just treating symptoms.
Glen nice to hear from you. Im glad you are feeling better and nipped the cancer in the bud. Both my parents and my brother (56) didn~t , can I ask stage 2 that means it didnt spread to other organs, and how did you cure it , was it with chemo/radiation or alternative therapies.
Stage 2 melanoma is when it has spread to the lower part of the inner layer of skin (dermis), but not into the tissue below the dermis or into nearby lymph nodes. Since it was on back of my upper left arm, it was surgically removed. Then I was checked annually for five years.
