The easiest way is to install the "insert headers and footers" plugin. When you have activated it, you will see two boxes. Paste the code in the top box, the header box. This will allow Google to inspect your site to see if it is suitable for adsense.
Hi - have you actually been accepted for adsense or is this just the first piece of code they have sent?

When you are writing content for your site is there a difference or benefit to writing all content using the Site Content portion versus writing content directly from the custo
Hi, I kind of like merlynmac's comment. Which one do you feel more comfortable with, because it also depends on the editor you are using in your word press theme.
Scott has already given most of the benefits that I would have recommended... plus if anything happens to a post example you delete it accidently of course you still have a copy in your published content.
I know you can do backups but sometimes things happen :)
I use the site content so easy

I use Site Content for a few of reasons:
1) The built in punctuation and spelling check. This isn't a deal breaker and many use other tools such as Grammarly but I like it.
2) For access to the free images WA provides for our use.
3) Templates - I love to have a consistent format and using templates here helps with that.
4) The little G icon - Silly I know but I like to see the G light up when that post has been indexed.
You don't have to use Site Content at all if you don't want to.
Thanks for the insight! With being new to the online business world and SEO, I do like that little G icon as well. It just gives me more confidence about having my content showing it's indexed.
I guess it depends how confident you are with writing. The benefit to Site Content is that it has a spelling and grammar checker. It also checks your sentence structure and if it has any duplicate content.
I use Grammarly for writing assistance. I actually find that tool to be more robust than site content. Appreciate the comment and insight though.
Well, actually I do too! I pay for the premium version as I am a freelance writer and proofreader, so I use it daily for my work.
