I would have suggested adding a category in your main menu but it seems like you don't want to have your reviews on the main page at all.
In this case, create a new page for every review you do and add that page to "Reviews' menu.

First, you have to create categories for your posts. After assigning each post to their own category, go to Appearance – Menus. Add the category under the page you want. This should help. WordPress Tutorial - Creating Categories Creating A Review Menu Tab With Drop Down Categories

For me I am struggling to do 500 words. As I have only done one blog (350 words) I am now going back to that blog and adding a bit each day to reach the target 1500. Is that a
Google loves long quality post. However, you need to bear in mind that some readers have a short attention span. So, there’s no guarantee they will read through all that. Some may just scan it and read only the one they want. Check out the threads below. Is the length of a post length important? Whats your average blog post length? Hope this helps =)
It seems to me that many people recommend 1500 words. I too struggle with this and may go back and add to my posts as well some day. As for now, I am trying to get into a groove of writing naturally and frequently.
