OEC Finally Completed! On The Road To Success!

Finally, here I am! Having completed the entire Online Entrepreneur Certification course here at WA, I am feeling on top of the world!

It took me longer than it should have but that is okay because... life happens!

Here are my thoughts so far.

What I Liked About The Training

As a newbie, this course is exactly what is needed for anyone trying to figure out their way into the online business world.

I absolutely love Kyle's explaining ethics in his video tutorials. They are broken down into easy- to-understand concepts that anyone with any kind of technical background (or lack therof) can understand.

I also love the focus given to quality content creation throughout the course.

The ease of understanding and taking actions to compete each task in order to jump to the next level was very well done as well.

Everything that is important to know and succeed was taught in an excellent manner. It would have probably taken me way longer to learn all these things on my own, had I not completed the training...for which I am super grateful.

What I Disliked About The Training

Now, there were a few things that I did not really like about the training.

For starters, most of it was outdated. But I am sure they are working on updating certain sections that really need it. To be honest, it not much of a deal breaker.

Secondly, information on landing pages, home pages, lead magnets, thank you page, and email marketing was all missing. And this is huge part and parcel of having a strong prescence in the online world.

I struggled massively trying to figure out my own way, spending way too much time away from content creation.

There are trainings provided by other WA members in the Classrooms but you have to really hunt for them.

I wish Kyle created more detailed step-by-step trainings on how to set up email marketing.

Social media marketing was lightly touched upon in the training. However, a few more levels of training on the topic would have been nice.

Lastly, I feel like Google Analytics needed an entire 10 Lessons of detailed training. Once you have trackable traffic, I feel like understanding and analyzing GA is super important to the success of your business.

My Results So Far With The Training

My content started to rank with the search engines within the 3 month mark. Unfortunately, I had to take a leave from writing posts because of how Covid-19 affected me personaly so my traffic took a big hit and so did my rankings.

I also did not get approvved for Google AdSense for obvious reasons.

After 6 months though, when I returned to follow the trainings and continue to push out content, I started to rank highly and easily with Yahoo and Bing. Not so much with Google though.

Optimizing for SEO really works and brings in affiliate click throughs.

What's Next?

I am happy to have completed my training and look forward to financial success now.

My goals are to create quality content consistenly and for the next 3 months I have the following in the pipeline:

• launch my youtube channel
• email marketing
• eCourse
• a new MMO website perhaps?

I hope I can achieve these goals! If you have any tips for me, I would really really aprreciate it! Even if that means how you think I should go about tackling my goals! :)
