Hi. If you have tried other browsers and it still isn't working, I'd put in a support ticket to Kyle or Carson. Or else check the live chat and see if you can catch one of them there. You're not the only one having this issue. Sorry.

Make sure your Adobe Flash player is up to date. If that doesn't help, ask support. I was having sound issues as well. I have to use Chrome to view the videos now. I use Firefox for everything else.
