Hello dear entrepreneurs,

I am Sara, Premium member for the second year. Behing premium is the first important thing to do here, but then you also have to work on your projects. I had started, chosen a great niche that I ADORE. For personnal reasons, I had stopped the training and working on my website.

I never stopped thinking about my baby, my website, my soon to be second income and eventually full income. Why do I say this like if I could read in the future? Trust me, I can't, but I KNOW that this is what I want and I will SUCCEED.

I do admit though, that I need your help. I need your suggestions.
I haven't worked on my site for close to a full year. I still own my domain. Now, for wealthy affiliate 2.0, should I start from the beginning?
Should I redo the training from the beginning, whipe out my curent website's content ( which doesn't have very much as of now ). Start over? I would keep my articles, but erase them from my website and repost them eventually.

Also, one of my struggles is writing articles. I love the research, the info that I get, the topics of my articles, but writting it is actually something I am strugglind with. Should I just write a couple dozens of articles and then post them weekly when I have a couple in ''bank''?

Anyways, these are my questions for you today. I know there is a lot and it might seem complicated but in the end, I would just like your suggestions.

Thank you very much

To each and everyone, go reach your success, you deserve what you want!

Hi Sarah,
I would not take down the site and start over. Websites need to "age" in order to rank well. You will have a head start if you keep your existing site and just work to improve it.

It is also good to go back and make changes and updates to existing posts. That is seen as a good thing by the search engines because it shows you are engaged. So I would not take them down, just go back and tweak them after you go through the training again to get back up to speed.

Perhaps you can add images, or links to other posts (internal links are a good thing), maybe you can add to the posts themselves and make them longer. Maybe you can add tags or clean up headings. There are many ways to edit and update a post. These are just a few.

That is what I would do. I hope that helps.

Oh, and the most important thing you can probably do is get good comments on your posts. Comments are a key factor in increasing search engine ranking for our posts. Use Site Comments and add some more comments even if you already have some. That shows engagement with your reader and also lengthens the post. Both of these will help with your ranking.

I love your kitty picture!

Jessica

Thank you very much for your reply and all those tips :)

Hi Sara, just a personal reflection here, when it comes to online marketing we kind of have to be on the right head space to create the outcomes that we desire.

First up best wishes as you reconnect, draw inspiration from the community, and if your heart is still in it go with that site and content that you have created, revisit the training and adjust accordingly.

We all have to start somewhere and then build it.

Best wishes for a successful year in 2019.

Just reach out if you get stuck.

Alex
