What that means for a site: Indexed by Google?
Just received e-mail from WA my web: avralnow.com was indexed by Google. If some one could tell me What that's meant? How that could be monetized?

In layman's terms, indexing is the process of adding web pages into Google search. This means now, your site and pages will appear on Google search engine. Now, you need to use keywords to rank which is a process called SEO, search engine optimization.

A no-index tag means that that page will not be added to the web search's index. By default, every WordPress post and page is indexed.

Thank you. That getting less cloudy now, but still lots of questions. What we can do? I am just 6 days on WA. and acting like a poppet and sponge. Hope on the following weekend will digest all what swallowed before.
Yes, I have been on for the same period of time. Do you know if we do a siterubix.com can it be indexed? Or, do I have to do my own .com? I'm learning so much. Trying to retain every little bit.
My personal coach here Todd advised and the other folks here also that Google likes not so much "sub-domains" for search engines. They advise to buy own through WA. Price the same or almost the same as GoDaddi, but you can open free e-mails here, you don't pay for privacy security that's all included. Of course if you on the strict budget then you have no choice have to take all for free here including e-mail and hosting, but you will be limited with abilities and access to the services. The first month payment is discounted ($19). You will be able to get 25 domains for free and 25 domains your own. Totally 50 domains will be hosted for the price you pay as the monthly (or annual) membership. You can any time cancel that services, but such support you will be not able to obtain anywhere else. For newbies like most of us that WA is the incubator for the future Bill Gates (LOL).
I'll have to migrate my siterubix site over to a .com as soon as I get it a little more fine-tuned. Yes, I think the 25 free domains we own is a spectacular feature of my Premium membership.
Honestly, I have no a clue how that ranking system is running. As I said I am here for 6 days and sit here for minimum 12 hours a day due to my accidental vocation. I know that for a short period of time therefor I am rushing to learn faster. Afraid that is not for a long time.
