Billing issue

Hi guys,
Hope everyone's well!
I was looking to cancel my account because I don't think it's worth it with websites having such a low conversion rate. I wanted to cancel before the 27th as I seen that's when my last month bill out but this month it went out on the 25th.
I contacted wealthy affiliate & they said my monthly bill is on the 23rd each month but it has never been on the 23rd and I have never been notified of the change of billing date.
Has anyone else had this issue?
