My Niche is my Passion
I still consider myself a rookie, but WA is all about helping the community out, so I write this blog for someone in this community that is probably having a hard time with picking out what niche they should go with.
Kyle emphasized on this enough, and I will emphasis on it too, you really should select your passion as a niche, because it will not seem like work, when I was going through the first course of lessons and the task of selecting a niche came up it was not a difficult decision for me at all, the niche of home music creation won it.
Maybe to me its more of a personal thing because when I wanted to create music at 16 years old a lot of people discouraged me, said things like 'its really expensive to buy that music stuff', 'you're not gonna under stand how to record or mix or this or that', 'people go to college for years to learn this, you think you're gonna learn this on your own?' when I went for people that I thought would help me they didn't. Fast forward 10 years later after gaining all of the experience on my own and thousands of views and supporters for my music I promised myself that I would never turn down anyone that wants help with creating their music if thats what they feel their passion is.
Yes, my overall goal and the biggest reason I signed up for WA is to gain my financial freedom, but I feel like its only destiny that I found out about WA, because success to me on this journey is not only measured financially, but it would also measure by how I helped or have taught aspiring artists about the process of creating music
If you're new like me here and you're having a hard time with then ask yourself this:
-What is something that I want to teach people? You're passionate about teaching people? Something you so eagerly want to share from your experience? then cross that with how you can make money from it by doing so here.
Niche = Passion.
